To me personally only, being an Asian made my two feets nailed to the ground..Not saying that I just stop doing things but each time I'm doing things, I remind myself where I came from..Asia..I'm an Asian..
Yes! I have middle-eastern blood too but I did not grow up in the middle-east..to be exact - in Saudi Arabia..Instead I was brought up in Singapore & with knowledge of Indonesian tradition & culture bcoz my mom is Indonesian..
Everywhere I went, people stopped & asked me,"Which part of Asia are you from??"..no matter how brownish or blonde my haircolour is..That's my identity as an Asian & I'm proud to be Asian..despite my thinking is not conservative at all..
