"Just let the proposer know the truth. All you need to say that you are not the best choice for his/her life & future marriage. You let the proposer knows that you will still pray for him/her - may God blesses him/her with the best choice him/her deserved in life & future marriage..someone who is far much better than yourself..
If the proposer believes that everything happened only with God's permission; is matured & wise enough, s/he will accept your decision to reject the marriage proposal with open heart & mind..no revenge..no grudges..S/he will still be your friend thereafter..No need to insult or trigger the proposer's anger..That's childish!"
